Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR, recruitment, and payroll processing.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and HR/payroll systems.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
  • Must be based in Bulacan or Caloocan.
  • Able to work independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in monitoring attendance, leaves, and other HR-related reports.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
