Job Description

Position Summary: The HR Shared Services Specialist II provides basic administrative support in all HR systems and tools to the global HR organization (leadership, COEs, and site HRs). This role is also responsible for data stewardship.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to basic inquiries via ticketing systems, email, chat, or call, following established business processes

  • Process employee lifecycle transactions in HRIS (e.g. new hires, terminations, transfers)

  • Route/escalate complex inquiries to Tier 2 support or HR Center of Excellence (COEs)

  • Assist in generating standard reports

  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in all tasks

  • Assist with routine data audits

  • Assist with continuous improvement/automation projects and process documentation

  • Assist in testing HRIS updates and system enhancements
