An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Infrastructure – HSE Advisor to join Rolls-Royce Submarines.

We are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor with a background in facilities management (FM) and/or small construction works. The ideal candidate will be familiar with CDM regulations and experienced in managing high-hazard activities such as working at height, fire safety, and lifting operations, with a strong track record of overseeing contractor activities.

Reporting to the local HSE Manager, and based on a sound understanding of the local HSE performance and risk profile, you will support the implementation of HS&E management arrangements to ensure compliance with requirements and contribute to the drive towards a zero-harm culture in support of RRSL's priorities.
