HSE Advisor

We're always on the lookout for experienced HSE Advisors to join leading contractors and clients across Western Australia. With ongoing permanent and contract roles upcoming in the New Year, we're interested in speaking to safety professionals who are passionate about driving strong safety cultures on site and ensuring compliance across a range of civil, construction, and mining projects.

You'll play a key role in supporting project teams across site-based operations, audits, incident reporting, and risk assessments. We have ongoing opportunities with tier one and mid tier contractors across infrastructure, mining, and maintenance projects throughout WA, including FIFO, DIDO, and Perth based positions.

• Have 3-10+ years' experience in HSE roles within civil, mining, or construction environments
• Hold Cert IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety (minimum)
• Are proactive, approachable, and confident engaging with site teams and management
• Have strong communication and investigation skills

• Long term permanent roles or high paying contract options
• Exposure to a range of major civil and mining projects
• Strong safety culture and supportive teams
• Ongoing pipeline of work across WA
