HSE Advisor

The Role As the Fleet HSE Advisor , you will play a critical role in supporting and monitoring Safety, Health, Environment and Quality HSE) systems across our fleet management workshop and supporting depots. You will work closely with workshop leadership and operational teams to drive compliance, continuous improvement, and a strong safety culture.
This role is ideal for a proactive safety professional with workshop or mechanical experience who enjoys being visible on the floor, analysing data, and improving systems and processes.

Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience

• Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (minimum)
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a HSE role
• Demonstrated experience achieving HSE performance goals and objectives
• Mechanical or workshop-based experience (highly regarded)
