HSE Advisor

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a safety conscious and highly experienced HSE Advisor to join our Rockhampton team.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of HSE experience. Australian work rights are essential for this position (Citizens/PR only). A Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety is the minimum qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Act as reporting to the HSEQ Manager and Area Manager, providing leadership and advice to all project team members, including assisting in maintaining policies and procedures relating to occupational health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Conduct investigations into any incidents onsite.
• Conduct site Prestart meetings, Toolbox talks, safety meetings and training for management, supervisors and other site employees as required.
