Job Description
Position Purpose
To ensure compliance with occupational safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations, promoting safe working conditions and risk control within manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with applicable Safety, Health, and Environmental regulations (STPS, SEMARNAT, and environmental authorities).
Manage and release high-risk work permits (confined spaces, working at heights, hazardous energy, etc.).
Identify, analyze, and follow up on unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
Coordinate and support inspections and audits by regulatory authorities.
Prepare reports, risk assessments, and follow-up action plans.
Deliver safety and hygiene training to employees.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of EHS programs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or engineering in Industrial, Environmental, Safety, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
