HSE Analyst

Position Purpose

To ensure compliance with occupational safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations, promoting safe working conditions and risk control within manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable Safety, Health, and Environmental regulations (STPS, SEMARNAT, and environmental authorities).
• Manage and release high-risk work permits (confined spaces, working at heights, hazardous energy, etc.).
• Identify, analyze, and follow up on unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
• Coordinate and support inspections and audits by regulatory authorities.
• Prepare reports, risk assessments, and follow-up action plans.
• Deliver safety and hygiene training to employees.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of EHS programs.
