The HSE Assistant will support the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols across drilling operations, ensuring compliance with local laws, company policies, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and continuous improvement of HSE programs for drilling operations.

  • Conduct routine site inspections and identify potential hazards.

  • Provide support to rig crews during client-led safety inspections and audits.

  • Collect, analyze, and archive reports on incidents and near-misses.

  • Participate in incident investigations and support root cause analysis efforts.
