HSE Client Representative

Job Overview:

We are supporting a leading international energy developer in appointing a Client-side HSSE / BHP Representative to oversee a portfolio of Solar PV construction projects across central and northern Poland.

The assignment will cover three small sized solar parks and will act as the client's on-site HSSE authority, monitoring EPC safety performance and ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance throughout construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the Client as HSSE lead across all three sites
• Review EPC HSSE documentation pre-construction
• Ensure alignment with permits, legislation, and contractual standards
• Monitor EPC site compliance and safety culture
• Record inspections and findings in client systems
• Manage HSSE reporting and performance data reviews
• Provide improvement recommendations where required
