HSE Coordinator

Job Title: HSE Coordinator (Contract) FRESHERS ONLY

Location: Navi Mumbai (Taloja MIDC)

Compensation: ₹22,000 per month

Reporting To: HSE Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Coordinator to support and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental activities. This is a contractual position suitable for individuals passionate about promoting safety culture and ensuring compliance with statutory and organizational HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in implementing site-specific safety programs and procedures. Conduct safety inspections and audits at the facilities. Maintain records of safety meetings, toolbox talks, and incident reports. Monitor PPE usage and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Support risk assessments and hazard identification activities. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and employees on HSE matters. Assist in organizing safety training and awareness programs. Prepare daily/weekly HSE reports and submit to the seniors. Support emergency preparedness drills and safety initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

HSC + Certification in Industrial Safety or equivalent (preferred). Basic knowledge of Indian safety regulations and EHS practices. Good communication and report-writing skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
