Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with local regulations and company standards.

· Conduct regular inspections and audits of project sites, facilities, and equipment to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

· Provide HSE guidance and support to project teams, subcontractors, and vendors, promoting best practices and proactive risk management.

· Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and develop corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.

· Conduct HSE training sessions and toolbox talks for employees to raise awareness and enhance safety performance.

· Liaise with regulatory authorities, clients, and stakeholders on HSE-related matters, maintaining compliance with contractual requirements.
