Job Description
**Job Summary**:
The HSE Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management, development and running of all aspects of HSE in conjunction with continuous improvement principles at Norgren Queretaro Site 2.
The HSE Manager will be an ambassador and role model for Norgren Queretaro Site 2 and will act with integrity and in accordance with company policies at all times.
**Responsibilities**:
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Drive and develop in conjunction with the site senior leadership team the company’s HSE strategy through innovation, best practise and ensuring corporate sustainable development.
- Provide leadership, direction, coaching and guidance to the site team.
- Develop and set goals & targets aligned with the business unit and group, monitor progress and track performance of the organisation.
