Section I. General Description
HSE manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE standards, processes
and policies to ensure a safe and healthy workplace and to comply with HSE regulations and emergency
response plans. Also manage, mentor and lead a team of HSE colleagues, collaborating with all
departments to integrate safety in daily operations.

Section II. Experience and Education
- Bachelor 's degree.
- Bilingual ( >85% English)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HSE management, preferably within a manufacturing
environment.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead a high performance multidisciplinary HSE team in
dynamic manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge and experience implementing HSE systems ISO14001 and ISO45001, ISO 9001 is an
asset.
