  • Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, SOPs, and emergency response procedures specific to data center operations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and method statements for all critical activities.
  • Lead incident investigations, implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and monitor incident trends.
  • Monitor compliance with OSHA/local regulatory standards, corporate HSE policies, and ISO requirements (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
  • Ensure safe work practices around high‑risk equipment such as UPS, generators, battery rooms, CRAC/CRAH units, and electrical distribution systems.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental permits, reporting, and audits.
  • Deliver HSE training for employees, vendors, and contractors (LOTO, confined space, electrical safety, emergency response, chemical handling, etc.).
  • Conduct safety onboarding for new hires and third‑party contractors.
