Job Summary:
The HSE Manager ensures full compliance with national and local SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) regulations across the company, its clients, and vendors. Acting as the company’s SHEQ representative, the role leads audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives, aligning all programs with national and global standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for new and existing sites.
Conduct site inspections to ensure SHEQ compliance and follow up on corrective actions.
Manage SHEQ programs to meet regulatory and client-specific requirements.
Monitor incident trends and develop strategies to improve safety performance.
