HSE Officer

The HSE Officer ensures the implementation and compliance of health, safety, and environmental policies on construction sites. They monitor work practices, conduct inspections, and provide training to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and regulations on site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards.
• Monitor compliance with safety laws, regulations, and standards (UAE labor law, OSHA, NEBOSH, etc.).
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend preventive measures.
• Conduct safety orientations and training programs for all site staff.
• Maintain safety documentation, records, and reports.
• Coordinate with management and contractors on safety matters.
