HSE Officer

Monadelphous is seeking a HSE Officer to join our Mining & Minerals North West (MMNW) team. The successful applicant will enter our HSE Pathway Program, gaining the opportunity to learn from and work alongside our highly experienced Senior HSE leadership team through structured mentoring and coaching. This entry-level role provides a strong pathway into a mature, industry-leading business with a deep commitment to safety and wellbeing. As part of the program, you will be enrolled in our HSE Passport, a structured development framework that combines self-directed learning with field-based verification of practical HSE skills. These skills will be developed through supported site allocations across our projects and operations within the Pilbara region. This role is Perth-based, with site travel becoming more frequent as you progress and build confidence within the HSE Pathway Program.
