HSE Representative / Safety Officer

Responsibilities Enforce HSE policies and procedures across solar plant construction and operational activities. Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and implement mitigation measures specific to solar plant operations. Ensure adherence to HSE standards, local regulations, and international best practices (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OSHA). Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for workers and contractors. Investigate accidents, near misses, and environmental incidents; prepare reports and corrective action plans. Perform site inspections, audits, and ensure compliance with solar plant-specific safety requirements (electrical safety, working at heights, fire prevention). Develop and implement emergency response plans, including fire safety and evacuation drills. Monitor waste management, emissions, and environmental impact of solar plant operations.
