Summary:

Reporting to the Project Director the HSE Site Manager will be responsible for HSE management of site activities overseeing construction works. Establishing and implementing appropriate tools and processes to establish effective safety management processes on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) function for all site‑based construction activities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust HSE management systems, tools, and processes to ensure consistent and effective safety practices across the project.
• Oversee and monitor day‑to‑day site operations to ensure compliance with project HSE requirements, legislation, standards, and best practice.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to site personnel and subcontractors to promote a strong safety culture and safe work behaviours.
