Hse Trainer

Job Title: Trainer - Health and Safety (SME)

Job Locations: Tandur/Chittapur/Devapur (Telangana), Talaricheruvu/Boyaredypalli (Andhra Pradesh), Rabriyawas/Lakheri/Marwar (Rajasthan), Gagal/Darlaghat (Himachal Pradesh) (Onsite).

Position Summary:

• To deliver Safety Trainings at Client place.
• Stationed at one manufacturing plant for minimum 12 months duration.
• Sound experience with processing industry and Trainer competencies.

Responsibility and Authority:

• Good Communication and Mentoring skills.
• Have sufficient exposure with Health & Safety trainings in the form of delivering versatile topics which benefits Processing / Manufacturing plant.
• Willingness to shift to Client location for a period of minimum 12 months.
• Work experience with processing industry / manufacturing plants.
• Already experienced in training management staff till contractor level participants.
• Domain subject matter export to provide afront solutions.
• Good track records with participants and stakeholder feedbacks.
• Adopting to contingency methods to enhance training objectives at plant level.
• To scale up participants skills / knowledges with good.
• Creative to introduce new training methods to coach participants for better safety behaviors at plant.
• Passion to transform training mechanism into safety performance of participants whom he/she train.

Education and Experience:

• NEBOSH IGC, ADIS (IT), IOSH Certifications are preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as Trainer with Health & Safety Domain.
• Preferably engineering graduates or Science degree.
• Professional qualifications from International and Domestic boards.
• Qualifications on key critical activities of Health and Safety for e.G., Confined Space, HIRA, Work at Height and others.
• Language proficiency with Hindi and other regional languages.
