We are looking for someone who can provide hands-on HSEQ support to operational teams, strengthen contractor management processes and contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of HSEQ management systems.
The role also supports continuous improvement and the implementation of the OneISS Way across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Provide HSEQ support and guidance to site operational teams. Support implementation, monitoring and improvement of contractor management procedures. Assist with developing, reviewing and maintaining HSEQ management systems. Contribute to achieving Account HSEQ KPIs and contractor management targets. Promote positive safety culture and Safe Choice behaviours within teams. Support delivery of high-performing contract HSEQ performance across the account.
