HSEQ Coordinator

Responsibilities:

1.Control of IMS documentation in all branches

2.Complete internal HSEQ audits, audit reports and ensure the correct reporting and actioning of any findings for all site, systems, course and supplier audits

3.Profile risk as part of the internal audit process identifying risk assessment requirements and creating new risk assessments where required

4.Update and review risk assessments in consultation with the relevant lead instructors in all areas – reviewing annually as a minimum

5.Work with the managers/ leads in all areas ensuring all safe working practices are in place and appropriate training has been provided to enable implementation

6.Be responsible for accident/ incident/ near miss reporting, investigation and cause analysis

7.Coordinate a monthly safety meeting to be attended by all lead instructors
