Job Description
**OSM Thome is lo**oking for (1) **HSEQ Manager**to join our bulk segment in Norway, either our Bergen or Arendal office. In this role, you’ll be the vital link between ship and shore - ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across our fleet.
You’ll lead the implementation of our Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management Systems in accordance with the ISM Code, MLC, and ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. From audits and incident investigations to emergency preparedness and regulatory alignment, you’ll help shape a culture of excellence and accountability.
