Qualification

Bachelor's degree with relevant HSSEQ qualifications/certifications .

Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience as an HSSEQ/Safety Manager in Operation & Maintenance of tunnel projects or similar project capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage HSSEQ programs, policies, and compliance for tunnel operations.
  • Ensure safe work practices and conduct regular inspections and audits.
  • Develop risk assessments, emergency plans, and safety procedures.
  • Provide training, awareness sessions, and incident investigations.
  • Monitor performance, maintain HSSEQ documentation, and coordinate with stakeholders.
