Huawei IMS Freelance Trainer

Job Description

• Deliver structured trainings on Huawei IMS / VoLTE covering architecture, call flows, protocols (SIP, Diameter) and integration with 2G/3G/4G/5G core & RAN for telecom engineers (online/offline batches).
• Focus on Operations & Maintenance, Fault Management (FM), Alarm Monitoring (AM) and end-to-end troubleshooting on Huawei IMS platforms and related tools.
• Train multirole audience: Alarm Monitoring, Fault, Configuration, Incident, Problem, Performance, Change, Security Operations and NPO Engineers on day-to-day workflows and best practices.
• Design and customize multilevel (basic / associate / expert) course content, lab guides, SIP/IMS trace exercises and real-life case studies as per OEM/operator requirements.
