Balance highly variable customer demand with constrained and dynamic supply capabilities, focusing on timely material availability for customized orders. Drive tactical and strategic planning to optimize service levels, cost efficiency, and supply chain resilience in a complex, project-driven environment. Champion advanced analytics, scenario modeling, and digital tools to enable proactive, data-driven decision-making. Foster close collaboration with engineering, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support on-time project delivery and sustainability goals.
