POSITION SUMMARY

This is a leadership position for Wolf Home Products a sister company of PrimeSource Building Products. You are depended on by the organization to help meet operation goals by ensuring the products consumers want are available when they are ready to make a purchase. Lead and motivate a multi-faceted, diverse team and responsible for managing all operational aspects of the Distribution Facility. Plan and coordinate work; monitor and evaluate the performance of warehouse associates and supervisors; and manage all aspects of training and development of warehouse associates and supervisors.
