Hub Manager

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Manage day-to-day hub operations including inbound, storage, sorting, and dispatch
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment as per defined SLAs
Coordinate with transportation and last-mile delivery teams to ensure smooth dispatches
Lead, train, and manage hub staff including supervisors, associates, and contractual manpower
Inventory & Process Control
Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation
Minimize shrinkage, damages, and operational losses
Implement SOPs and continuous process improvements to enhance productivity
Team & Manpower Management
Workforce planning to meet daily and peak demand requirements
Drive performance management, discipline, and engagement at the hub
Cost & Performance Management
Monitor hub KPIs such as productivity, turnaround time, fill rate, and cost per order
Control operational costs while maintaining service quality
