Hub Operations – Grid Automation

As Hub Operations for Grid Automation, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of a local manufacturing and project execution hub in a highly dynamic environment. This role has end-to-end accountability across Production, Engineering, Procurement, Quality & HSE, Operational Excellence, Logistics, as well as administrative and financial management of the site. You will operate in a context of multiple parallel projects, evolving organizational structures, and strong regional interaction, ensuring operational continuity, efficiency, and alignment with Group objectives.
