Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure strict implementation of company regulations and operational procedures within the hub.
  • Guide employees to understand and comply with all regulations and procedures.
  • Implement effective and data-driven solutions to reduce the rate of remaining or undelivered parcels.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employee needs and help boost staff morale.
  • Supervise and monitor the performance and daily tasks of hub staff.
  • Organize employee learning and training programs, including post-training application checks.
  • Assist in preparing shift schedules, and manage employee attendance and data summaries.
  • Oversee onsite safety management to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to assess operational gaps and recommend improvements.
