**職務内容:**
**Coordinates Hub and Sort Operations**
+ Analyzes volume projections from load forecast plans to ensure adequate staffing.
+ Reviews daily operational reports to manage productivity, performance, and service.
+ Collaborates with aligned support functions (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Training, Human Resources, etc.) to plan day to day activities.
+ Meets with union representatives to improve employee relations and minimize the number of grievances.
+ 적절한 인력 배치를 보장하기 위해 화물 예측 계획에서 볼륨 예측을 분석합니다.
+ 일일 운영 보고서를 검토하여 생산성, 성능 및 서비스를 관리합니다.
