Role Overview


We’re hiring a HubSpot CRM Manager to own and scale our HubSpot system end-to-end including CRM structure, pipeline management, workflows, integrations, reporting, and high-performing email sequences + lifecycle automation.


This role is for someone who knows how to turn HubSpot into a real growth engine, not just a database.


Key Responsibilities


1) HubSpot CRM Ownership


  • Own the full HubSpot CRM environment (Sales + Marketing + Service, as needed)
  • Design and optimize pipelines, deal stages, lifecycle stages, lead statuses, and custom properties
  • Maintain clean data structure, naming conventions, and CRM governance


2) Email Sequences, Flows & Lifecycle Automation (CORE RESPONSIBILITY)
