Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated candidate to help build and optimize our B2B sales funnel. The candidate will work closely with the sales and growth team to manage CRM data, run email marketing campaigns, and support lead nurturing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


Assist in building and managing the B2B sales funnel from lead generation to conversion


Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and customer data


Support email marketing campaigns (cold outreach, follow-ups, nurture sequences)


Segment leads based on industry, role, and engagement level


Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports


Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
