We are looking for a
HubSpot Specialist
with strong expertise in
HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Automation workflows
. In this role, you will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining HubSpot processes that support marketing, sales, and customer operations.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design automated workflows, improve CRM data hygiene, create dashboards, and implement best practices across the HubSpot ecosystem.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Build, optimize, and maintain HubSpot CRM structures, including properties, pipelines, and user permissions.

Design and implement advanced automation workflows that support marketing, sales, and customer operations.

Develop dashboards and reports for data transparency and performance tracking.

Ensure CRM data hygiene by establishing standards, audits, and clean-up processes.

Support email marketing campaigns, sequences, and lead-nurturing processes within HubSpot.

Integrate HubSpot with third-party tools using native integrations or APIs (if applicable).

Troubleshoot HubSpot issues and provide best-practice recommendations to cross-functional teams.

Stay up to date with HubSpot product updates and make proactive suggestions for optimization.

WHAT YOU BRING

4+ years of hands-on experience in HubSpot CRM and Marketing/Sales Hub.

Strong experience with workflow automation, CRM customization, and reporting.

Proficiency in building dashboards, sequences, and lifecycle stages.

Excellent understanding of data structure, segmentation, and CRM hygiene.

HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CMS, or Operations Hub)
preferred
.

Experience integrating HubSpot with other tools or APIs (a plus).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Comfort working in a fast-paced, Agile, remote environment.
