Role Overview

The HubSpot Specialist owns the daily health, accuracy, and performance of our HubSpot environment. This role supports Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success by maintaining clean data, scalable workflows, and reliable automations. You’ll troubleshoot issues, test new processes, and help teams use HubSpot with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain CRM data integrity (properties, deduping, data hygiene, governance).
  • Build, update, and optimize HubSpot workflows and automation.
  • Troubleshoot CRM issues quickly and document resolutions.
  • Support end-users: permissions, views, reports, and training.
  • Conduct QA and testing for new automations, integrations, and process changes.
  • Partner with RevOps/Marketing/Sales to translate business needs into HubSpot solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively flag issues or inefficiencies.
  • Manage CRM change requests with clear communication and timelines.

Requirements

  • 3 years of hands-on HubSpot experience (admin or power-user level).
  • Strong understanding of workflows, sequences, properties, and lifecycle stages.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain data integrity and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Experience testing, validating, and QA’ing CRM changes.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort navigating lists, reports, and data troubleshooting.
  • Clear communicator who can support non-technical users without slowing down.
  • Bonus: exposure to RevOps, integrations, or API-based tools.
