About the Role:
- Develop strategic partnerships and foster effective communication with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, business leaders, HR partners, and recruitment teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead selection and recruitment efforts for all personnel (exempt and non-exempt) in Mexicali.
- Proactively manage requisition priorities to ensure timely filling of positions with high-quality candidates.
