About the Role:

  • Develop strategic partnerships and foster effective communication with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, business leaders, HR partners, and recruitment teams.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead selection and recruitment efforts for all personnel (exempt and non-exempt) in Mexicali.

  • Proactively manage requisition priorities to ensure timely filling of positions with high-quality candidates.

  • Foster a comprehensive candidate attraction strategy to identify diverse pools of top talent.

  • Maintain an active candidate pool while ensuring a positive experience for both internal stakeholders and job seekers.
