Human Factors Engineer – Physical Controls
Gaydon, Warwickshire (2–3 days on-site per week)
12-month contract
Rate: Negotiable (DOE) 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Factors Engineer to support the development of physical user controls within a leading automotive engineering environment.

This role focuses on ensuring that human factors, ergonomics and usability principles are embedded throughout the development of physical user interfaces, working closely with engineering, UX and product teams.

Key Responsibilities: 
Support the development, cascading and ownership of Human Factors requirements for physical user controls
Analyse quality and usage data to support requirement development and issue resolution
Provide Human Factors input into the development of new physical user interfaces
Support the timely completion of Human Factors assessments (e.g. human error, workload)
