Job Description
your responsibilities will include:
·Management of the Executive Office desk & calls for relevant HR matters
·Ensure all staff maintenance paperwork is completed and sent to pay-office
·Daily employee timecards maintenance and fortnightly pay run
·Manage internal and external HR enquiries, respond to information requests and maintaining staff records
·Monitoring, tracking and actioning HR metrics via Dashboards such as Turnover, FTE, Headcount, Casual hour conversion, & Work rights checks
·Management of Personnel files, including performance appraisals, position descriptions, visa sponsorships, and payroll documentation
·Complete other HR & clerical tasks as requested by the executive team
Selection Criteria Essential:
·Proven experience in general administration role, preferably within a Human Resources function.
·Generalist Human Resources knowledge
