HR & Administration Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling a full-spectrum of HR & Admin functions.
  • Prepare all HR documents, such as Employment Contracts, Onboarding Schedules, Probation Evaluation, Confirmation Letters, etc.
  • Handle end-to-end work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation, appealing, expiration, follow up with medical check-ups, updating personal particulars to MOHR, visa application etc.
  • Administer relevant documents pertaining to employees’ employment, resignation, termination, confirmation, contract renewal, appraisal and etc.
  • Handles whole process of final settlement & exit-clearance of Indirect staffs.
  • Handle MOHR surveys and government subsidies which include foreign worker levy waiver application and grant applications.
  • Prepare and submit government bodies and statutory board related surveys.
