Job Description -

HR Business Partner (HRBP) - Europe Region. We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing business needs across the Europe region . This role will be critical in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving employee engagement, and fostering a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the Europe region, with a strong understanding of local labour laws, HR policies, and business practices.

Regional HR Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Partner with leadership teams across Europe to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and practices, ensuring alignment with European labor laws, and regional regulatory requirements.
  • Lead HR initiatives and programs across the Europe region to drive organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution:

  • Serve as the point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related issues, with a focus on Europe-specific concerns.
  • Support the resolution of employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with company policies and local laws.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and employee engagement across the Europe region.

Talent Management & Leadership Development:

  • Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and career progression, particularly for Europe-based teams.
  • Advise on performance management processes, helping managers develop employees, provide feedback, and address underperformance.
  • Drive employee development initiatives in the Europe region to ensure a pipeline of talent for future leadership roles.

Recruitment & Onboarding (Europe Focused):

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to meet recruitment needs in the Europe region, ensuring alignment with business growth plans.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for senior and mid-level roles in Europe.
  • Support the onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires in the region and assisting with their integration into the company culture.

Change-Management:

  • Support change management initiatives across Europe, helping to ensure smooth transitions during reorganizations, mergers, or restructures.
  • Act as a key advisor to leadership, providing guidance on managing people through periods of change.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with European labor laws and regulations.
  • Prepare regular HR reports for regional leadership, including metrics on employee engagement, retention, performance, and turnover.
