Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
- Overall accountability for the design & implementation of high qty HR products, processes and services.
- Ensure the integration of HR solutions across business units.
- Prepare, present and embed specific strategies for sourcing, learning & development and compensation & benefits.
- Lead the development of HR service level agreements with business units.
- Create ad present business cases for the initiation of projects designed to increase internal customer satisfaction with HR products, processes and services. This includes budgeting and project planning & tracking.
- Provide thorough leadership and best practice HR expertise to the entire organisation.
