Human Resource Business Partner

Position Summary

BASE Engineering, an OPW company under the Fluid Transfer Solutions (FTS) Business Unit, is seeking a collaborative and hands‑on Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to provide full‑scope HR support to its Saint John, NB site. Reporting to the Director of HR, FTS, this position is responsible for delivering HR services, including but not limited to employee relations, workforce planning, HRIS administration, and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong generalist background, a proactive approach to problem solving, and the ability to build strong partnerships across the business while upholding OPW’s core values and organizational standards.
