Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting the employee lifecycle and fostering a positive work environment. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing employee inductions, handling grievances, conducting investigations, driving employee engagement initiatives, facilitating employee connects and pulse checks, and overseeing exit management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Induction & Onboarding
Conduct and coordinate new hire orientation programs.
Ensure smooth onboarding experience by liaising with relevant departments.
Maintain onboarding documentation and track completion of induction activities.
2. Grievance Handling & Investigations
Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances.
Conduct fair and confidential investigations in line with company policies.
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams when necessary.
