We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of HR Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Human Resources processes, particularly in employee offboarding, ATS management, and data administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and proper documentation during the end-to-end employee offboarding process.
• Maintain Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including candidate status updates, job closures, and reporting.
• Promote accurate and up-to-date databases for employees and candidates.
