About the Role:

• To take charge of managing the lifecycle of employee files and amendments.
• Ensure rigorous tracking of absences, vacations, and social insurance (sick leave, accidents etc.).

We are seeking an HR Manager to join our small team. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of HR management, skills in French (oral and written), advanced knowledge of German (minimum B2 level) as well as proficiency in Office Suite software.
