Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department in day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
  • Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and smooth transition.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Assist in preparing HR‑related letters, memos, and reports.
  • Coordinate and support HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, training, and internal communications.
