Responsibilities

  • Sort and filling all new incoming resume by position
  • Separate and filling the KIV resume
  • Update the application list
  • To call and fixed appointment with short listed candidates
  • Make sure the appointment time is available for interviewer and send the reminder to them
  • Preparing the candidate’s CV and interview assessment form for interviewer
  • Reserve the meeting room for interview session
  • Collect or follow up with interviewer about the interview assessment form
  • Update the new project recruitment manning status
  • To call and check the candidates’ availability date who already finalized
  • To provide details of new hire in the hiring memo to expedite the process of hiring.
  • To coordinate with the Training team on the arrangement for new hires who does not have any BOSIET/OSP card when joining FVSB.
