Responsibilities
- Sort and filling all new incoming resume by position
- Separate and filling the KIV resume
- Update the application list
- To call and fixed appointment with short listed candidates
- Make sure the appointment time is available for interviewer and send the reminder to them
- Preparing the candidate’s CV and interview assessment form for interviewer
- Reserve the meeting room for interview session
- Collect or follow up with interviewer about the interview assessment form
- Update the new project recruitment manning status
- To call and check the candidates’ availability date who already finalized
- To provide details of new hire in the hiring memo to expedite the process of hiring.
- To coordinate with the Training team on the arrangement for new hires who does not have any BOSIET/OSP card when joining FVSB.
