Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interview coordination, offer letters)
  • Prepare employment documents (Offer Letter, Contract, Confirmation Letter, etc.)
  • Conduct onboarding and induction for new employees
  • Maintain employee personal files and HR database

Payroll & Attendance

  • Assist in monthly payroll processing
  • Monitor staff attendance, overtime, leave records, and lateness
  • Ensure accurate calculation of salary, allowances, deductions, and claims
  • Prepare payroll reports for management

Statutory Compliance (Malaysia)

  • Manage and ensure timely submission of:
    • KWSP (EPF)
    • SOCSO (PERKESO)
    • EIS
    • PCB (Income Tax)
  • Liaise with government bodies when required (KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, HRDCorp, JTK, etc.)
