Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interview coordination, offer letters)
- Prepare employment documents (Offer Letter, Contract, Confirmation Letter, etc.)
- Conduct onboarding and induction for new employees
- Maintain employee personal files and HR database
Payroll & Attendance
- Assist in monthly payroll processing
- Monitor staff attendance, overtime, leave records, and lateness
- Ensure accurate calculation of salary, allowances, deductions, and claims
- Prepare payroll reports for management
Statutory Compliance (Malaysia)
- Manage and ensure timely submission of:
- KWSP (EPF)
- SOCSO (PERKESO)
- EIS
- PCB (Income Tax)
- Liaise with government bodies when required (KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, HRDCorp, JTK, etc.)
