Job Description
Overview
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in full compliance with statutory regulations, company policies and the Employment Act. Support day-to-day HR operational activities, including the preparation and issuance of employment-related letters such as confirmations, transfers, promotions, resignations and employment certifications. Administer employee benefits programmes and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure all employee data is accurate, complete and consistently up to date.
